Design principles already identified for the campus include a strong landscape framework, active building frontages and facades along Howland Road, a discrete location for car parking and a safe, attractive environment for pedestrians and cyclists.

The opportunity also exists to enhance the biodiversity of the site and create a ‘stepping stone’ of good quality ecological habitats, between the woodland at Thame Park and the wetland near Moorend Lane Farm.
